Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take another 10-20 business days to be delivered, depending on location.

Candesi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after final purchase.

 

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
